Rue Stutzman
I began my mortgage career at just 16, working as a telemarketer for a private mortgage bank. That early start sparked a passion for the industry that’s only grown stronger over the years. By 21, I was originating loans at Bank of America, and by 25, I was working with high-net-worth clients in Global Wealth Management. My long-term goal was to become a Sales Manager, which I accomplished at the age of 30. After learning more about Non-QM, I realized it was a better fit for me and moved into an Account Executive (AE) role in 2024. I’m extremely grateful to be able to assist borrowers who might otherwise not be able to get a loan!
As a young mom who overcame significant personal challenges, I have developed strength and maturity far beyond my years. Those experiences have shaped how I lead—with empathy, strategy and heart. From managing teams at Mr. Cooper to now empowering brokers as a Non-QM AE at Carrington, I’ve built a career rooted in helping others succeed.
A Glimpse Into My Life:
I’m a proud boy mom to three amazing young men—ages 17, 15 and 11—who keep life loud, lively and full of adventure. When I’m not cheering from the sidelines or navigating teenage energy, you’ll find me dancing like no one’s watching, singing like I’m on stage and exploring the Valley’s best hidden food gems one bite at a time. Oh, and I share my heart (and my couch) with two fluffy Shih Tzus who think they run the house—and honestly, they kind of do.
