I jumped into the mortgage industry after spending over 20 years in the online interactive space. I had no idea just how much I would enjoy this industry, especially with Non-QM loans. With over four years of experience in non-conventional lending, I am seasoned in Non-QM loans and hard money bridge loans, such as ground-up construction and first-time investor loans. I have closed over $200 million in Non-QM loans since 2020, thanks to my strong customer relationship management, direct sales and mortgage lending skills. I’m a former Cub Scout den leader, youth baseball and soccer coach and hiking enthusiast. As an empty nester, my activities and hobbies include being an aspiring mixologist, amateur wine maker, home gourmet chef, master of the grill and teaching myself how to make and prepare sushi.
