I oversee a high-performing team of Account Executives, providing mentorship, training and leadership to help them thrive in a competitive and evolving market. My focus is on building strong, consultative relationships with mortgage brokers, delivering flexible lending options that meet the needs of today’s diverse borrowers.
At Carrington, I champion a solutions-oriented approach—bridging the gap between traditional lending and alternative loan program options. My goal is to expand our footprint, so that we are the first stop for Non-QM partners and ensure they have the tools and support they need to serve their borrowers.

I’m a lifelong learner who finds motivation in challenges and joy in progress. But beyond the numbers and strategies, what truly fuels me is connection—cultivating meaningful friendships, spending quality time with family, and embracing the simple joys of life. Outside of work, I’m a proud “Gia” to three beautiful grandchildren, and nothing brings me more happiness than time spent with them. Whether it’s pool days with the kids and dogs, or sharing a great dinner with close friends, I believe in being fully present and intentional with the time and energy I give. To me, personal and professional leadership is about showing up with integrity, inspiring others through action and never losing sight of what matters most—people, purpose and joy.
