New Reggora Appraisal Management Ordering Platform

Overview

Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC (CMS) is pleased to announce that effective October 15, 2026, Wholesale brokers will be able to utilize the Reggora appraisal management network, a leading Appraisal Vendor Management Company, through the CMS wholesale website, BrokerIQ, to coordinate appraisal ordering, payment billing and appraisal delivery by CMS approved Appraisal Management Companies (AMCs).

Brokers will receive a URL to establish their Reggora accounts in order to access the CMS site and may begin initiating orders effective October 15, 2026.

Please Note:
Brokers should establish a Reggora Account by October 15, 2026 and transition to initiating appraisal orders via the Reggora appraisal management network. Any appraisals already in progress ordered prior to October 15, 2026 must be completed directly through the original AMC.
