Howard Pak
I began my career in Title and Escrow in 1994, gaining hands-on experience as a recording supervisor and in title search, title start and policy underwriting. In 1998, I transitioned into mortgage brokerage and have since served as an originator, manager, trainer and owner/broker, with expertise spanning brokerage, retail, commercial and wholesale lending. My background also includes work as a licensed Realtor and general manager of a real estate firm specializing in residential sales and property management.
These diverse experiences give me a unique perspective on the needs and expectations of mortgage brokers, originators and customers. Throughout my career, I’ve remained committed to delivering knowledge, solutions and positive experiences to both customers and industry partners. Every role I’ve held has reinforced my passion for collaboration and success, benefiting clients and customers alike.

A Glimpse Into My Life:
I grew up in foster care and have been independent since the age of 16, a journey that taught me resilience and adaptability. Growing up in Hawaii gave me a deep appreciation for the outdoors. I spent my younger years fishing (shore, bottom and trolling), surfing, running track, hiking, camping, participating in lion dance, golf and practicing judo and wrestling. Although I may not be as active now, those experiences remain among my fondest memories. Over the years, I’ve built numerous custom computers for friends and family, often serving as their IT resource (which isn’t always a good thing). Outside of work, I love cooking and experimenting with new recipes.
